The EduTech is committed to providing a work and learning environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. We value diversity and inclusion and believe that every individual should be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated at The EduTech. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination in admissions, hiring, promotion, compensation, and educational opportunities, as well as harassment based on any protected characteristic. Any student, employee, or individual associated with The EduTech found to be engaging in discriminatory behavior will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion, termination of employment, or legal action.

Students, employees, or individuals who believe they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment are encouraged to report the behavior to the appropriate authority within The EduTech. All complaints will be taken seriously and will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. Retaliation against individuals who report discrimination or harassment is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

The EduTech is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive educational and work environment where all students and employees can thrive and reach their full potential. We believe that diversity enriches our community and enhances the learning experience for everyone.

Organizations/companies must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of the above grounds in order to receive resources from The EduTech. External evidence, such as negative publicity or social media, that reveals such discrimination, hate speech, or disrespectful or bullying behavior, as determined by The EduTech in its sole discretion, may be taken into consideration. The EduTech reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
